Hand-picked organic white tea Pai Mu Tan with rose petals

Location: near Fuding City in the north-eastern part of the Chinese province of Fujian. Operator of the garden: Mr Lee Jialin and family; Garden: The name “white tea” originally describes the silvery-white hairs on unopened tea shoots, which give the Pai Mu Tan tea from this farm its white to green appearance. White tea is first mentioned in English publications dating from the year 1876. We find that the Pai Mu Tan from the Guangyang Heshan Tea Farm makes an especially mild brew.
